We strive for a healthy work-life balance.*Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities & Duties ** Drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, leases, easements, and other property agreements.* Advising clients on legal issues related to real estate transactions.* Negotiating terms and conditions of sale or lease agreements.* Reviewing title searches and examining property titles.* Handling closings and ensuring all legal documents are properly executed.* Preparing and filing all necessary legal documents regarding property transactions.* Mediating disputes between buyers, sellers, and other parties.* Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws.* Advising on zoning and land use issues.* Drafting and handling land use permit applications before Planning Boards and Zoning Boards.* Conducting municipal research and property due diligence.* Providing legal counsel during property development and construction projects.* Assessing environmental impact and regulatory compliance issues.*Real Estate Attorney Qualifications & Skills ** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school* Licensed to practice law in New York State* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate law* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Expertise in local, state, and federal real estate laws* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Experience with real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and financingFull-TimeSalary: $125,000 - $150,000 per yearHybrid.
