In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure we meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards and contributing to a team-oriented work environment.Key Responsibilities:Set up jobs and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and order.Keep materials organized and in proper sequence throughout production.Detect and correct minor variances to maintain job quality.Follow AutoPen operational procedures and safety protocols.Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.What Were Looking For:High School diploma or equivalent required.1+ years of experience in mailing, production, or a similar business-related role preferred.Positive attitude and a dependable, team-focused mindset.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.Comfortable with computersfamiliarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.Manual dexterity and comfort with repetitive motion tasks.Occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching as needed.Moderate noise work environment.Why Join Pioneer Direct Marketing?Youll be part of a mission-driven team that values craftsmanship, accuracy, and the people behind every project.
