This role focuses on monitoring production efficiency, ensuring proper press and tooling operation, and supporting technical development across shifts. This position is Direct Hire, M-F 2nd or 3rd shift. The pay range is $32 - $36 depending on experience (Shift differential: $1.25 for 2nd, $1.00 for 3rd).MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP NOW AND AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTUREWhat They Offer:Benefits starting Day ONEOnsite Primary Care Wellness Center at no cost to employeesWellness Program sponsoring run/walk events throughout the yearEmployee Discounts Verizon, BMW, Ford, GM, and moreContinuous Improvement & Safety AwardsEmployee Referral ProgramFamily-Oriented Events and OutingsWhat You Need:High School Diploma or GED required35 years of prior processing or technical experienceTechnical training preferredHands-on experience with molding processes, press operation, and troubleshootingStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to train and mentor team members and apprenticesWhat Your Role Will Look Like:The Process Technician will be responsible for supporting and improving production processes by tracking performance, completing changeover procedures, identifying root causes of downtime, and mentoring other technical staff.Monitor scrap rates across assigned zonesComplete mold change start-up documentation and First Piece Approval formsMonitor and verify actual cycle times and press efficiencyMaintain and update Process Parameter Sheets (in coordination with Engineering)Assist with mold and material changes alongside technical team membersTroubleshoot and identify root causes of process issues (Press / Robot / EOAT) and relay to EngineeringEnter detailed shift issues into logbooks and ensure proper pass-down communicationMaintain machine cleanliness (including purging, cleaning parts/runners, etc.)Document downtime using appropriate TIG codes and notify relevant personnelClean tooling in assigned area each shiftAdhere to and model appropriate break times and shift routinesTrain and mentor technical team members and apprentices on press/tool proceduresPerform other duties as assignedAbout HTIHuman Technologies, Inc.
