Increase your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.Compression Specialistmedi USA is growing, and we need you to join the team in Kansas City, KSmediis a market leader in medical devices and is looking for folks ready to operate in a professional environment to service medis USAs expanding business needs.The Compression Specialist will assist our Territory Business Managers and Clinical Educators in providing comprehensive care including measuring, fitting, and educating patients and clinicians on compression solutions. This position will establish new opportunities by building referrals within the hospital setting, develop and manage relationship with clinicians to differentiate product offering and drive orders. The position will also work in conjunction with medis local and national DME providers. Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to, the following:Evaluate, measure and fit patients for ready to wear & custom compression garments.Utilize medi vision as well as traditional type measuringProvide demo and patient set up for medis compression pump offeringEducate patients and clinicians on the use and maintenance of medis compression solutions.Act as a liaison and communicate effectively with clinicians, patients and DME providerCommunicate with clinicians to retrieve missing or required documentation for compression garments or pumpsTravel throughout established region balancing time in-clinics with clinicians and patients to support market growth.Produce a monthly report on clinic activity related to specific account list.Maintain and coordinate a fitting schedule at key clinics to manage patient visits.Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required2+ years experience in face-to-face patient/customer serviceDemonstrated capability in education of customer and sales personnelKnowledge of compression and experience with measuring is preferredAbility to work with a variety of personality typesFamiliarity with computers and Microsoft OfficeAdaptability to new processes and technologyAbility to read and interpretmedical terminology and basic anatomyExcellent communication, written, and presentation skillsWillingness to travel as neededBenefitsAs aCompression Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training to familiarize you with our medical product lines and with our sales system.
