Bilingual Construction AdministratorDo not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Location: Prince George's County, MD - with 2-3 days also including local site visitsSalary: $25-$30/hr (55k-62k/yr)+ performance-based bonusSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pmAbout the Role:Our company is seeking a motivated Bilingual Construction Administrator to support representatives and assist employees in ensuring fair working conditions. This role is primarily office-based but includes 2-3 days per week of employee check-ins and site visits throughout Baltimore County and the DMV area. Candidates must be located within Baltimore County and the surrounding area.Key Responsibilities:Perform data entry, document requests, and maintain records using ExcelSupport representatives in addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with regulationsBuild rapport with employees on-site and serve as a trusted point of contact2-3 days per week will include some local travel for employee check-ins onsite within the Baltimore/DMV regionAttend chapter meetings and occasional Saturday eventsMonitor job conditions on-site and collect payroll documentation for reportingConduct surveys and submit information to relevant platformsRequired Qualifications:Valid driver's license and clean driving record required (company vehicle provided)Proficient in Excel (basic functions, color coding, drop-downs) and other Administrative tasksMust be Bilingual in Spanish/EnglishStrong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with employees in the fieldPunctual, detail-oriented, and committed to learning about the construction and trades industryTech-savvy with reporting and documentation skillsExperience in construction or nonprofit environments is a plusBenefits:PPO health coverage for employee, spouse, and family; eligibility begins immediatelyDental and vision coverage401(k) / retirement plan; eligibility begins immediatelyPension program/annuity available for long-term employeesPaid time off: 2 weeksStandard holidaysCompany vehicle providedHow to Apply:If you are a proactive, bilingual professional who thrives in both office and field environments and are passionate about supporting employees, please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience.
