Project ManagerIf you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.A global leader in consumer technology is looking for a Project Manager to support the New Product Operations (NPO) team, driving execution across Digital Print Operations (DPO) for both new product introductions and sustaining programs. In this role, you will manage the CAAT tool, maintain standardized DPO templates, oversee DPO Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and ensure timely approvals from cross-functional stakeholders. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to keep DPO activities on track. If you are a motivated professional with a passion for process excellence and operational efficiency, we encourage you to apply!Job Responsibilities:Support Digital Print Operations (DPO) across both new product introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs, ensuring smooth and timely execution of all documentation and approval processes.Manage the CAAT tool by maintaining standardized DPO templates, tracking progress, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.Oversee the DPO Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), securing and tracking approvals from key cross-functional stakeholders.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, resolve issues quickly, and keep DPO activities on schedule.Ensure compliance with established processes and standards, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency in DPO workflows.Communicate status updates, risks, and critical issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders and management.Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational discipline to support the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all DPO deliverables.Key Qualifications:• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, and/or program management demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility, including driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.• Enthusiastic and driven.• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships across multiple key stakeholders.• Detail oriented & organized; able to juggle multiple work streams in parallel• Proven ability to grasp complexity quickly and adapt to change seamlessly while delivering project on time.• Technical expertise and/or prior OEM management experience a plus.Type: ContractDuration: 12 months (with a possibility for extension)Work Location: Cupertino, CA (on-site)Pay rate: $68.00 - $83.00 (DOE)Submit resume to Jobs@No 3rd party agencies or C2CAbel Lara | 408.550.2800 x119Abel@
