Their homes are architecturally unique, finely detailed, and crafted to the highest standards. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction activities on-site for projects valued upwards of $10 million.Position SummaryAs Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day on-site management of high-end residential construction projects. You will ensure the successful execution of the build, maintain the project schedule, uphold strict quality standards, and coordinate subcontractors and trades "” all while ensuring a safe and clean job site.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through completion.Subcontractor Coordination: Direct, schedule, and monitor subcontractors and trades to ensure timely performance and quality craftsmanship.Quality Control: Maintain high-quality building standards consistent with architectural plans, specifications, and client expectations.Scheduling: Maintain and update the construction schedule in coordination with the Project Manager, identifying and resolving any delays.Site Safety: Enforce OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a clean, organized, and secure worksite.Inspections & Compliance: Coordinate and oversee inspections, ensuring adherence to building codes, permits, and zoning regulations.Client & Architect Interaction: Serve as the on-site representative for clients, architects, and designers, facilitating clear communication and resolving field issues promptly.Problem Solving: Address unforeseen issues in the field with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.Reporting: Provide regular updates and site reports to the Project Manager and senior leadership.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction, with at least 3 years as a Site Superintendent.Proven experience managing custom homes valued at $5M-$10M+.Strong understanding of luxury homebuilding standards, high-end finishes, and complex architectural detailing.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and technical specifications.Proficient with construction scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar).Strong knowledge of local building codes and inspection procedures (especially within East Hampton or surrounding areas).OSHA 30 certification preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesHealth insurance and benefits package401(k) with employer matchOpportunities for career growth within a respected firmA collaborative and detail-oriented work environment
