Job Description:Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and/or organizational span, including subprojects of larger, more complex projects. Projects in this role involve the coordination, support, and guidance to complete Gas Operations portions of Regulatory filings.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects and orchestrate results to achieve broad program goals. Programs include administration, tracking, and coordination of annual Rider and Capital Regulatory filings.Plan and implement schedules; monitor programs from inception through delivery to ensure all deadlines are met.Define and report program status, development issues, and success metrics.Identify and monitor areas of risk; communicate via weekly reports on progress and risks of filings.Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule.Manage programs to budgets and compare to externally communicated parties to identify potential recovery risks.Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.Maintain awareness of trends, business and regulatory conditions, internal processes, and practices impacting component projects or the overall program.Adhere to standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques.Required Skills & Experience:Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.Experience in Regulatory Utility projects and programs, particularly regulatory filings, is strongly preferred.Must Have Skills:10 years of Program or Project Management experience, with at least 4-5 regulatory filings managed (each typically lasting 18 months)Regulatory filing and testimony writing experienceProficiency in MS Office and SharePointStrong communication and coordination skills
