ResponsibilitiesEnsuring Processes are being followed in the Service LaneDispatching Repair Orders to the appropriate TechniciansHandling Customer Concerns Conducting Weekly Advisor ReviewsLeading Meetings Active involvement in T.O.'s to provide a fresh perspective and presentation to customers.
