The right candidate will:* Help clients navigate complex issues like Medicaid, asset protection, trusts, wills, estate administration, long-term care, special needs situations, and business succession planning.* Embrace our educational model guiding clients with clarity and confidence through group workshops, one-on-one conversations, and community outreach.* Reflect and uphold our client-centric values: empathy, clarity, empowerment, and trust.*Key Responsibilities** *Client Consultations & Planning:* Advise individuals, families, business owners, and seniors on estate and elder law strategies covering asset protection, Medicaid crisis planning, wills, trusts, special needs trusts, long-term care planning, and more.* *Legal Drafting & Administration:* Prepare wills, trusts, POAs, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and estate administration documents.* *Workshops & Education:* Lead and host workshops aimed at alleviating legal anxiety and equipping the community with knowledge.* *Community Engagement:* Participate in blog writing, podcasts, and collaborative outreach that educates and aligns with the firm's mission.*Qualifications** JD from ABA-accredited law school; admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.* Demonstrated experience (or strong interest) in estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, special needs trusts, probate, etc.* Excellent client communication skills"”able to translate legal complexity into clear, compassionate guidance.* Alignment with our firm's mission, and enthusiasm for community education and relationship-building.*What Makes This Role Rewarding** Be part of a mission-driven team that genuinely cares.
