The ideal candidate will have an understanding of personal injury law, exceptional legal writing skills, and a proven track record in case management. Represent clients in court or before government agencies.2. Present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury litigation.3. Present and summarize cases to judges and juries.6. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.7. Conduct legal research and gather evidence.10. Ensure a positive client experience through excellent client relations.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2.
