If you're fired up by hitting goals and building up people, we want to hear from you.Inside Sales SupervisorLocation: Lewisville, TX | OnsiteCompensation & Schedule• $65,000 base salary + 20% bonus opportunity• Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM; 2 Saturdays/month (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM); Weekday off provided if working Saturday• Full-time, Direct Hire (W2)ROLE IMPACTAs the Inside Sales Supervisor, you'll lead a high-performing team of 45-50 inside sales representatives across multiple shifts in a fast-paced call center. This role is critical to driving team performance through real-time coaching, operational oversight, and data-driven leadership. Your ability to foster a high-energy, results-focused environment will directly impact revenue, agent retention, and customer satisfaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Supervise and develop a team of 45-50 inside sales representatives; monitor live calls, dashboards, and agent KPIs• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, shift rotations, and workforce planning• Conduct daily quality reviews and 1:1 coaching sessions using AI and CRM tools• Handle escalations, disciplinary actions, and support career growth of team members• Analyze team performance data and present KPIs to leadership for ongoing improvementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• 5+ years of inside sales or call center experience with consistent goal achievement• 2+ years leading a team of 15+ representatives in a supervisory or team lead capacity• Prior experience in quality assurance, coaching, or training environments• Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, Slack, and call center management toolsCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMSSalesforce, HubSpot, Slack, AI call monitoring platforms, real-time KPI dashboardsPREFERRED SKILLS• Experience supervising teams using AI-enhanced QA tools• Demonstrated success in managing performance improvement processes• Strong mentoring and conflict-resolution abilities in a high-volume settingLEGAL NOTICEBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
