This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, FP&A and work closely with a collaborative team of six. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment.Why Join?Opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a collaborative FP&A team.Hybrid schedule with 3 in-office days (Tues-Thurs).Defined short-term contract (October 2025 - January 2026) with clear project goals.Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst:Build and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making.Perform data analysis and reporting to provide insights on financial performance.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and accurate financial information.Assist the FP&A team with ad hoc projects and deliverables as needed.Qualifications of the FP&A Analyst:Strong background in financial planning & analysis with proven financial modeling expertise.Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Index-Match, complex formulas).Ability to adapt quickly and work independently with minimal ramp-up time.Experience with Endur is a plus, but not required.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.#INSEPT2025 #ZRCFS #CBCFS
