Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $142,000 - $190,000 per yearA bit about us:We are a boutique commercial real estate firm in Boca Raton seeing a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join out team. .If you are an experienced Real Estate Transactional attorney with a book of business or the ability and willingness to help drive business development , then this may be the firm for you!Why join us?We Offer:Flexible Remote Work401k with a 4% matchLucrative Bonus StructurePlease note this position is a draw and bonus structure which can be negotiatedJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts.Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.Coordinate closings and manage all aspects of the transaction process.Advise clients on legal risks and strategies related to real estate investments and developments.Collaborate with internal teams, clients, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth execution.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active member of the Florida Bar.Book of Business and/ or strong business development skills3+ years of experience in real estate transactional law.Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.Preferred:Experience with commercial real estate and development projects.Interested in hearing more?
