This individual will oversee all aspects of our payroll operations, ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and that all employees are paid correctly and on time. Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.2. Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.3. Lead and manage the payroll team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payroll processes.5. Conduct regular audits of payroll data and processes, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, and implementing changes as needed.7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations, industry trends, and best practices, ensuring that our organization remains compliant and competitive.8. Manage the implementation and ongoing use of payroll systems and software, ensuring effective utilization and maximizing efficiency.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an audit-heavy, high-volume environment, preferably within the healthcare industry.3. Proficient with Microsoft Suite and enterprise-level timekeeping and payroll systems; UKG experience a plus.4. Strong knowledge of payroll operations and compliance, including understanding of relevant laws and regulations.5. Experience with audit and risk management, with a proven ability to identify and mitigate risks.6. Proven track record in process improvement and documentation, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.7. Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and managing a team.8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.9.
