The clerk ensures timely, accurate scanning and filing of financial documents critical to departmental efficiency and audit readiness.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Prepare and organize paper invoices for batch scanning• Scan and digitize invoices with high accuracy and quality assurance• Verify scan clarity, file integrity, and indexing within the system• Maintain orderly digital and physical records for retrieval• Support general clerical tasks as directed by accounting staffMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• High school diploma or GED• 1+ year experience in clerical, administrative, or accounting support• Proficient in basic office equipment (scanners, copiers, computers)• Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentialityCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS• Document scanners• Microsoft Windows OS• Digital filing systems• Office printer/copier machinesPREFERRED SKILLS• Prior experience handling financial documents• Familiarity with accounting workflows• Comfort with repetitive task cyclesBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
