This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in the community while overseeing all aspects of financial management for a mission-driven organization.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and oversight of the finance department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to support organizational decision-making.Oversee cash flow, investments, and grant accounting.Work closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to develop long-term financial strategies.Ensure strong internal controls, audit preparation, and compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements.Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.Non-profit or fund accounting experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to develop financial strategies and provide sound business recommendations to leadership.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $220,000Comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission and support the local community
