Materials HandlerPlease ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.St. Cloud, MN12 MonthsShift: 8:30-5Prefer 2 plus years in the field of Digital Production/Copy Center relevant work experience.Description/Comment:This person will be responsible for production of paper products using Digital Production equipment. Basic responsibilities include job set-up, visual inspection for quality of first production pieces, and completion of final production run. Digital Print Specialists must be comfortable with evaluating and completing first level maintenance of equipment and working with vendors to make sure equipment is performing to a high-quality standard. This position may also include final bindery functions such as folding, wrapping, cutting, or padding as directed in production orders.A successful candidate will need to be detail oriented and able to work productively as a team player and independently This role is critical in meeting the quality, accuracy, and timeliness requirements assigned by the customer.Key Responsibilities:Understands and follows standard operating procedures and policies: by attending appropriate training courses on *** policies assigned by management. Understanding and following the standard operating procedures for this position in the prescribed timeline. Understands and follows security guidelines by following the WK Facilities guidelines, and your secure area s protocols. Participates in department-wide process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects by engaging in strategies for process improvement to meet organizational performance expectations. To ensure all activities meet or exceed organizational requirements. Work with team members to assist in the training and implementation of process and policy improvements approved by management. Represents client by developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of client products, industry trends, general business and financial acumen through various sources and initiatives. Seeks to understand and choose appropriate timings for communicating praise, and for critical conversations.Requirements ( years of experience, educational background, technical skills, etc.):Education: High School Diploma or equivalent certification.College Degree with an emphasis in Graphic Arts a plus.Experience: Prefer 2 plus years in the field of Digital Production/Copy Center relevant work experience.Must have the ability to troubleshoot equipment as needed Customer service experience. Strong organizational and time management skills.
