This is a 1st shift position with the hours of 7am-3:30pm with a pay of $18-$24/hr based on experience.You can also receive PeopleFirst Staffing bonus of $50 for a referral bonus when you refer a friend after they complete 80 hours!Job Overview:Candidates will be responsible for operating various CNC lathe and mill machines from detailed drawings to produce parts. The ideal candidate must have the knowledge to creatively solve machining problems and perform maintenance techniques.Job Duties:Experience operating manual CNC lathe and millsAble to interpret blueprints and schematicsExperience with MIG welding various metals is a plusMust be able to measure and inspect parts using tape measure and micometersBasic math skills and able to follow written and verbal instructionsAble to lift up to 50lbsAdhere to all health and safety policies and procduresWorks well as a team and independentlyRequirements:5-10 years of experience operating manual CNC lathes and millsAble to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and schematicsStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAble to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environmentWhy wait?
