This role will partner with sales and commercial operations teams to drive quality in customer accounts, reporting directly to the Global Sales Director for Aftermarket.Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain customer account records in SalesforceReview and resolve duplicate accounts while validating customer ship-to informationSupport development of new processes for creating and managing customer accountsCollaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to improve data quality and resolve account issuesExecute independent data cleanup projects with high attention to detailRequired Qualifications:Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platformsProven ability to create processes that promote data qualityStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyCollaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
