Commercial Electrical Foreman

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of local codes, Employee safety and Project efficiency.Responsibilities:* Supervise and manage electrical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.* Enforce all safety protocols and company policies.* Track production to meet and exceed labor goals.* Create and maintain daily reports, safety logs, and incident reports.* Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs.* Coordinate with other trades and clients to identify and resolve conflicts.* Read and interpret electrical schematics for accurate installations and repairs.* Manage electrical upgrades and installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.* Inspect crews' installations for quality, code compliance, and safety standards.* Provide on-site direction, mentorship, and training to Apprentice Electricians.* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in new commercial and/or industrial construction projects.* Perform complex layouts, terminations, and critical electrical tie-ins/outages.* Ensure materials are requested, expedited, and received as needed.* Train team members on best practices in electrical maintenance and safety protocols.*Qualifications** At least 5 years of electrical work experience.* Minimum 2 years serving as a lead or supervising role.* Strong leadership & project management.* Proficiency reading schematics, using voltmeters, etc.* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourExperience:* Electrical: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Preferred)Location:* Lubbock, TX 79411 (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Lubbock, TX 79411 (Preferred)Willingness to travel:* 25% (Preferred)Work Location: In person
