Our collaborative and fast-paced environment offers exciting challenges and opportunities for growth.*Job Description:*We are seeking an *Associate Attorney* with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly in the fast-paced world of personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be able to manage personal injury case files from start to finish, including pre-litigation, and litigation including conducting discovery, depositions, motions, and jury trials. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable courtroom experience and develop expertise in personal injury litigation.*Key Responsibilities:** *Manage Personal Injury Cases:* Handle case files from initial intake to final resolution, including gathering evidence, drafting legal documents, communicating with clients, and negotiating settlements.* *Litigation and Court Appearances:* Lead or assist with motions, hearings, depositions, and trials. Be comfortable preparing for and attending jury trials.* *Client Communication:* Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and explaining legal strategies.
