This role is ideal for a career-oriented technician with deep technical knowledge of chilled water systems, boilers, and complex HVAC equipment, who is ready to lead and mentor others while delivering top-tier service to our commercial clients. What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain centrifugal chillers, reciprocating, absorption, and screw chillers, as well as associated pneumatic and electrical control systems.Service medium to large HVAC systems, including rooftop units, DX systems, boilers, and related mechanical systems.Accurately diagnose system failures, test components using appropriate instrumentation, and perform necessary disassembly and reassembly.Provide hands-on leadership and technical guidance to HVAC technicians and apprentices in the field.Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and customer service across all projects.
