Location: Omaha, NE, 68106 USA, Onsite from Day 1Duration: 12 Months.ResponsibilitiesManage different sections of Mailroom according to standard guidelines & SOPAssist with maintaining client records and confidentiality, as well as, recalling containers for internal and external auditsSort, locate, open, inspect and bundle all incoming mail and publicationsDocument, process, and file all incoming and outgoing mail correspondencesDistribute all inter-office mail for the facility departmentsTroubleshoot and perform simple preventive maintenance of machinesProcess checks handling, deposit, and reconciliation according to Company service standardsResearch case numbers for proper handlingHandle inbound and outbound emails/callsAssisted with daily tasks as assignedPrioritize, plan, and organize tasks and work responsibilities to achieve SLAsComprehend and respond to customer inquiries.Identify, research, and resolve problemsAbility to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systemsEnsure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standardsInteract with customer in a respectful and professional manner via email and on callsManage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are metShould be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excelEssential skills:Life Insurance Mailroom backend operations experienceProactive communication & analytical skills - should be able to anticipate problems and suggest solutions, with impactful dataDisplays energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility in approaching the jobMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to independently interact with internal and external customersCustomer service focusBasic Computer knowledge along with typing speed of 40 words/minuteInsurance knowledgeMinimum qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentNehal OjhaSr. Technical Recruiter+1-551-363 0506Ojha.nehal@270 Davidson Ave, Suite 704, Somerset, NJ 08873
