ANGLICOTECH, LLC is an established, rapidly growing, veteran-owned small business providing Global Logistics and Supply Chain management, systems and analysis, Cybersecurity and NIST SP 800-171 compliance solutioning as well as Enterprise Information Technology Implementation and Services.Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.We are seeking a Field Service Representative with immediate availability that will thrive in a challenging and rewarding process-oriented environment in support of the U.S. Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs at Blount Island Command (BICmd).Please note: This position is contingent upon official contract award.Location:This position is located in Jacksonville, FL, with potential for CONUS/OCONUS travel to support Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs (e.g., Norway, Diego Garcia, Saipan, Kuwait, Philippines).Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience and education)Responsibilities:Provide on-site and remote technical support for MCPIC, ICODES, iPRIME Suite, and associated Automated Information Technology (AIT) equipment (handheld scanners, tablets, printers).Serve as the forward-facing subject matter expert (SME) for logistics systems supporting the MPF program, tailoring processes, MMC planning, and Arrival & Assembly (A&A) operations.Deliver training for MCPIC, ICODES, iPRIME Suite, and AIT equipment; maintain training logs and quarterly reports as required.Provide Help Desk support to government users, including issue resolution, logging, escalation, and quarterly reporting.Assist with sustainment planning and system integration by ensuring Capability Sets, container workbooks, and sustainment blocks (Class I-IX) are properly documented and posted into MCPIC.Support field deployments, exercises, and contingency operations, providing on-the-ground troubleshooting, training, and logistics system support.Maintain system compliance with Marine Corps cybersecurity requirements and assist with software updates, testing, and configuration changes.Capture lessons learned, update system documentation, and provide feedback to the government and Anglicotech leadership to improve system performance and readiness.Required Qualifications:Experience providing field service or technical support for logistics IT systems, applications, or AIT equipment.Security Clearance:US Citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of SecretEducation and Experience:Bachelor of Science Degree in Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.BA: 2-5 yrs experienceHS: 6-9 yrs experiencePreferred Additional Skills:Prior experience with Marine Corps logistics or prepositioning programs.Familiarity with MCPIC, ICODES, GCSS-MC, or TFSMS.Experience providing Help Desk or end-user support in DoD environments.Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize multiple support requests.Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems and equipment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a joint contractor-government team.Anglicotech, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a strong commitment to supporting and retaining a diverse and talented workforce.
