The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem.This position is a full-time contract position at 40 hours per week, with possibility for overtime.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executivesExperience prioritizing multiple projectsExperience with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteEXECUTIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executivesManage hectic and complex calendarsPrepare expense reports and purchase requisitionsCoordinate both domestic and international travel arrangementsOrganize space planning and large offsite eventsGeneral office duties as neededBuild cross-functional relationships between departmentsExperience maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all partnershipsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS degreeProficient in managing large-scale external tentpole eventsExtensive experience representing an external facing Executive to multiple external partnersProficient in handling multiple projects concurrentlyExperience supporting tech functions at a large scale tech companyExperience supporting internal and external cross-regional teams
