ABOUT THE ROLEThe Maintenance Coordinator oversees the entire maintenance program for the Fly Ash Beneficiation Plant.Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISHBe part of a plant construction team and lead commissioning and plant start-up activitiesOrganize and develop plant maintenance teamDevelop and implement the maintenance program for new fly ash beneficiation plantBe part of the plant leadership team to optimize and improve plant reliabilityDevelop and monitor a preventative maintenance program to ensure plant reliability targets are achievedSupervise hourly maintenance team and maintenance contractorsDevelop maintenance procedures and preventative maintenance schedulesDevelop and maintain plant lubrication programWork with internal and external resources for plant mechanical/electrical inspectionsDevelop and maintain plant tool programDevelop equipment part lists and manage spare parts inventoriesWork with plant leadership team for weekly production and maintenance planningDemonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOREducation: High school diploma or equivalentAdditional Education Preferred: Bachelor's degreeField of Study Preferred: Industrial MaintenanceRequired Work Experience: Minimum 5 years Maintenance experienceAdditional Requirements:Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
