Senior Property Manager- Industrial

Duties:The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing laws- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and maintenance- Conduct property inspections and oversee move-in/move-out processes- Prepare and execute leases, renewals, and rent increases- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactionsExperience:- Previous experience in property management or related field (Industrial experience)- Familiarity with leasing procedures related to property management- Strong customer service and conflict management skills- Ability to manage contracts and vendor relationships effectively- Proficiency in customer relationship management software- Understanding of property maintenance best practicesThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled senior Property Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our properties.
