Additional nights and weekends will be required as needed to support our events.About The RoleWe are seeking a resourceful and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to a C-level executive. This role blends traditional administrative duties with hands-on personal support, allowing the C-Suite team to focus their efforts on helping people across the world. You will be the trusted right hand, ensuring their day-to-day runs smoothly"”both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will encompass a true service mindset and own the responsibilities of providing best in class support to the executive.ResponsibilitiesAct as a point of contact and gatekeeper for the executive and manage all communication effectively.Schedule and organize meetings, calls, appointments, and events.Keep the executive informed and prepared at all times - clear and effective communication.Manage the executives calendar. Including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements in a way that ensures all time is used effectively. Execute a wide range of personal and executive-level errands and tasks.Maintain discretion, confidentiality & professionalism in all settings.Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.Qualifications 3-5 years experience with assisting a Director level and above executive preferred1-2 years experience managing and delivering projects Comfortable in a Mac/IPhone and Google workspace environmentHighly organized and calm under pressureClear communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive and solution orientated mindsetAbility to duplicate requests and deliver projects as instructedWhy Join UsAt Grant Cardone Enterprises, we don't just offer jobs"”we offer careers with purpose.
