Eastman Kodak is hiring an Import Specialist- FTZ onsite in Rochester, New York.Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Primary focus is on the overall administrative and compliance activities of the Global Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) program with multiple U.S zones. Includes FTZ monitoring and admissions, processing entries, logistics transactions, monitoring FTZ inventory, and other Customs Compliance reporting requirements.Responsibilities:Monitor all foreign inbound shipments to the FTZ.Manage all FTZ daily admissions and filling of required e-214'sPrepares and submits all weekly Estimates and Entries, as well as all monthly, quarterly, and annual FTZ forms and reports necessary for FTZ operationsManages Export Process (7512 T&E) including ensuring utilization of Bonded CarriersManages the FTZ inventory control and recordkeeping systemProcesses FTZ related data and performs necessary internal audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory complianceKnowledge:Professional import experience in a logistics / FTZ environmentWorking knowledge of inventory control systems, warehousing and logistics activities, including import activitiesExcellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
