Warehouse Lead - Bilingual

About the Opportunity: We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Leader to join our team in Gastonia, NC! Candidates need to speak both English and Spanish. This position involves a variety of tasks such as maintaining inventory, organizing shipments, and fulfilling orders. You will also lead a small warehouse team. This is a full time, first shift position. If you speak both Spanish and English, enjoy leading others and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you!The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Responsibilities:Lead: Lead the warehouse team.Receiving & Processing Shipments:Unload and unpack incoming shipments.Verify accuracy and check for damage.Label and store products in designated areas.Inventory Management:Maintain accurate inventory records.Report any discrepancies or damages.Restock shelves and ensure products are available.Order Fulfillment:Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.Scan barcodes and check order accuracy.Print and apply shipping labels.Warehouse Operations:Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.Follow all safety protocols and procedures.Other Duties:Assist with loading and unloading trucks.Participate in inventory counts.Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications and Required Skills:Bilingual: Able to communicate in both Spanish and English.Warehouse leadership experience: At least two years as a leader in a warehouse.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects.Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in managing inventory and fulfilling orders.Organization: Ability to keep the warehouse clean and well-organized.Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a team environment.Communication: Clear communication with team members and supervisors.Equipment Experience: Forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment experience.Basic Computer Skills: Use of scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Preferred Skills: If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, we'd love to have you on board!
