This position serves as the foundation for advancement, with certification as a Certified Technician expected within 45 days of hire.Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.In this role, you will learn and assist with our Full-Service Oil Change process, perform routine vehicle maintenance, and deliver fast, friendly, and professional service to every customer.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLearn and adhere to standard operating procedures for oil changes and related servicesAssist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflowProvide an exceptional and professional customer experienceComplete required Rally Point training modules to achieve Certified Technician statusDemonstrate proficiency in all positions involved in the Full-Service oil changeUphold standards of integrity, efficiency, and transparencyLead by example in delivering exceptional customer serviceSupport team performance and mentor new techniciansKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong work ethic and eagerness to learnDependable attendance and punctualityPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environmentMust be able to stand for extended periodsAbility to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot-deep pit safelyPhysical capability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform manual tasks for extended periodsWillingness to work in varying weather conditionsAlertness and situational awareness in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 poundsReliable transportationEducation & ExperienceNo prior automotive experience required; full training provided
