Open Access Technology International, Inc. (OATI) is seeking a professional, customer-service-oriented Front Desk & Office Services Coordinator to support our Bloomington location. This role reports 100% on site and is essential in creating a welcoming environment for guests, including, employees, vendors, and VIPs, while ensuring smooth office operations. The starting salary range for the role ranges from $42,000.00 - $52,000.The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Key Responsibilities:Manage meeting room reservations and ensure seamless event logisticsAnswer and direct calls professionallyAssign badges to guests and new employeesStock and manage office suppliesAssist the Talent TeamCoordinate shipments, deliveries, and vendor escortsSupport building security, monitor gate access, and report turnstile issuesRespond to alarms and document security concernsAssist the Training Department with tracking registrations and participant listsSend customer notifications via Outlook (reminders, confirmations, follow-ups)Ensure meeting areas remain clean, organized, and event-readyOversee event setup, ensuring a seamless experience for VIP guestsCoordinate food orders for internal and external events, managing vendor and catering logistics, preparing requisition formMaintain detailed documentation of training attendance and schedulingQualifications:Associate's degree (preferred) or equivalent experienceStrong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skillsProficiency in MS Office and professional phone etiquetteAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyLegally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the futureAbility to lift office supplies as neededWork on siteThis role is ideal for someone looking for long-term growth in a professional setting.
