Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to manage new and existing contracts, coordinate renewals, and maintain accurate budget tracking. This is a key role supporting both sales and finance teams.Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Duties/Responsibilities:Contract ManagementEnter new contracts (maintenance, enhancement, and construction) into the company's ERP system with complete and accurate data.Review and process contract renewals"”coordinate approvals and update records accordingly.Renewals CoordinationTrack upcoming contract expirations.Alert and forward renewal information to account managers for review, negotiations, and client outreach.Budget Updates & Cost ControlMonitor and analyze contract budgets"”update with scope changes, price adjustments, or additional services.Advise Account Managers and Field Supervisors of cost variances.Close out opportunities when contracts terminate.Reporting & DocumentationOrganize and maintain all contract documentation (originals, renewals, correspondence).Generate regular reports on contract status, renewal pipeline, and budget variances for leadership and finance teamsCollaboration & CommunicationWork closely with account managers, operations, finance, and procurement to ensure contracts are honored and financials are accurateServe as the point of contact for contract-related questions from internal teams.System & Process ImprovementsUse ERP tools to streamline contract data entry and renewal processesRecommend improvements for contract workflows, tracking, and budget integration.Qualification:1-3 years in contract and budget roles, ideally within landscaping or construction.Strong data entry, organizational, and MS Office skills.Experience with ERP systems. Aspire experience preferred.
