Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.Title: Reliability ManagerLocation: Rochester, NY AreaSalary: $110,000 - $130,000Relocation: YES ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of maintenance associates, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to drive reliability, reduce downtime, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Develop and implement strategic reliability programs aligned with TPM pillars such as autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, and early equipment management.Conduct thorough root cause analyses on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and the Maintenance Support Group to optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and maximize planned downtime utilization.Strategically manage spare parts inventory to support uptime and minimize unplanned outages.Support and advance the Henkel Production System (HPS), integrating TPM and lean manufacturing principles into daily operations.Identify risks and opportunities for equipment performance improvement and lead cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all maintenance activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance.5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in high speed manufacturing Demonstrated experience implementing and sustaining TPM programsCMMS
