This position is responsible for maintaining color and quality consistency, operating multi-color printing presses, and ensuring smooth workflow alongside a press helper. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Operate Sheetfed printing press, running up to 8 colors simultaneouslyMaintain color accuracy and overall print quality on all jobsPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues as neededFollow press schedules efficiently to meet production deadlinesCollaborate with the press helper to stage and load materialsMonitor and inspect finished product for consistency and accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work areaPerform other duties as assignedQualifications & Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sheetfed printing requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical degree is a plus)Proficient with high-speed printing machinery and measurement toolsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilityAbility to lift consistently throughout the shiftPositive attitude and team-oriented work style
