Replacement Brush Tables is seeking a part-time detail oriented and highly organized multi-tasker to perform basic accounting duties and provide sales team support at our offices in Plymouth, Michigan. This job has the potential for full-time employment. Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.Who we are:RBT specializes in the manufacturing of replacement brush panels designed to fit a range of CNC turrets, laser cutters, punch presses, bending machines, and fabrication workstations. We help sheet metal fabricators prevent surface damage (scratches, scuffs, blemishes) during the processing and handling of a variety of materialsEssential Responsibilities:Accountingo  Invoice Customerso  Process Paymentso  Complete credit checks for Net30 requestso  Maintain filing system currently in useo  Provide administrative support as neededo  Perform off-site banking tasks as needed.Sales Team Supporto  Field phone calls to appropriate Sales Reps. Set-up new customers in QB so that sales reps can quoteo  Process and acknowledge Purchase Orders From customerso  Coordinate purchasing tasks with vendorso  Provide customers with status updates as requestedo  Maintain parts catalogueo  Provide occasional marketing and social media support as neededGeneral Office Managemento  Provide support as needed for turret panel organization (spreadsheets, manuals, etc....)o  Monitor Open Sales Order Reports to ensure timely delivery dateso  Quote and coordinate small package deliveries and LTL freightWork Hours & Salary This job requires office hours Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The hourly rate for this role is $24.00Qualifications/Skills:o Strong background in QuickBookso Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlooko Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependabilityo Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEducation/ExperienceAssociates degree required. Previous accounting experience with QuickBooks preferred.The RBT Team·        Principals only.
