Job Title: Warehouse AssociateLocation: Clayton, NC 27520Duration: 03 Months Contract (Potential temp to perm)Pay Rate: $24/hr. - $28/hr.Shift Time:1st shift; M-TH 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd shift; Mon-Thurs 1:30pm-12amBelow covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.Responsibilities:Responsible to unload plasma shipments, identify and sort types of plasma, and enter receipts into the Plasma Management System (SGP)Inspect equipment for damage and determine suitability for further use in production (crates, pallets)Use Radio Frequency Terminal (RFT) equipment to control and monitor the movements of inventory within all freezer and warehouse locations.Locate plasma by verifying and pulling material from freezer work ordersIdentify and remove unsuitable plasma units from processed production units (PU's) and consolidated lots.Assist Classification area by managing plasma that is rejected or relocated from the inspection lineResponsible for maintaining CGMP compliance by insuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.Complies with all company policies/SOPs/cGMP/OSHA/EHS requirementsAble to work occasional overtimeRequirements:High School Diploma/GED1+ year experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or other FDA licensed Industry is desirable.Experience working with cGMP's and Industry Standards desirableExperience in reading, understanding, and following Standard Operating Procedures desirablePossess good verbal and written communication skillsPossess basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).To be able to multitask in warehouse environment.Possess good organization skillsKnowledge of cGMP preferred.Able to safely and effectively operate a forklift to store plasma in the freezer and transport throughout the warehouse.Able to safely and effectively operate Electric pallet jack/Rider Electric pallet jackAble to repeatedly lift 25 to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Able to work in extreme temperature of -30C or colderAble to work with minimum supervision and follow detailed directionsCapable of performing basic math and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
