PROJECT PURCHASING COORDINATOR

Roberts Design is seeking a Project / Purchasing Coordinator to join our growing team of professionals at the largest equestrian complex in the United States. You will be working as a team member providing support for product procurement for large custom homes up to 25,000 sq. ft., five-star hotels, luxury retail spaces, and restaurants. You will be asked to manage projects and collaborate with internal and external teams and partners to ensure design integrity and satisfaction of our new 400 room hotel. Join our team and we will work together to complete some of the most challenging and rewarding projects of your career.Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.GENERAL SCOPE RESPONSIBILITIESObtain quotations from vendors and assist with updating budgets, assist with bid analysisIssuing purchase orders, monitoring status of orders and resolving issues with suppliersCreate and assemble request for quotes and purchase ordersCompile project budgets for internal reviewTrack vendor status updatesCoordination with vendors, freight managers, clients, and warehousesAssist with project close-outREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSA professional, results-oriented person with creative problem-solving skillsProficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft products; must have experience with Excel spreadsheets, Quick Books.
