You'll work in a cleanroom environment and state-of-the-art testing facilities, ensuring each product meets rigorous customer specifications and industry standards. This role offers direct involvement in shaping our production capabilities and future investments.The role is a fully on-site role located in our Lincoln, CA.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.What You'll Do:Your day-to-day will vary based on production needs, but typical responsibilities include:Assembling valves in a Class 10K cleanroomPerforming functional and pressure testing using advanced instrumentationFollowing detailed assembly and test procedures, job travelers, and customer specificationsCommunicating directly with customers regarding test results and valve statusSupporting continuous improvement and capital investment decisions for assembly and testingWhat You'll NeedHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 5 years of experience assembling and testing valvesProficiency with process instrumentation and tools (impact wrenches, hand tools, forklifts, etc.)Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings and customer specificationsSolid computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (required under ITAR regulations)Nice to HavesExperience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with cleanroom protocols and contamination controlStrong communication skills for customer-facing interactionsInterest in contributing to process optimization and facility upgradesCompensation and Benefits:Pay Range: $32.00-45.00 per hour.
