This role requires extensive hands-on fieldwork with high-voltage and low-voltage equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. As the Industrial Electrician II, you must be familiar with NEC, NETA, NFPA 70 B and NFPA 70 E standards, and a certification in electrical technology, journeyman license, or a minimum of 4 years of related electrical experience. Work location: Talbot County, MarylandEssential Job Functions:Troubleshoot complex motor controls, automation controls, thermal couples, and VFDsRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electronic schematicsMaintain electrical equipment including but not limited to: Power Plants, Substations, and Pump StationsProvide technical support during electrical outages, generator start-ups, and weather-related emergenciesWork safely at heights on ladders, towers, and liftsOther duties as assignedQualifications: Experience Level: Mid-Senior levelEducation: High school diploma or equivalent, Certifications: certification in electrical technology, or have four years of related electrical experience.
