Whether you're exploring a sales career or just seeking a support role, you'll contribute directly to our team and be an integral part of this family-owned business.  Key Responsibilities Answer and pre-qualify inbound calls and emails from prospective clients, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage and update customer accounts in CRM to keep leads organized.   Schedule appointments, Zoom meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team. Schedule and handle all arrangements for tradeshows.Prepare quotes and other documents as needed for the sales team. Qualifications:  Available to work full-time in Ashtabula Ohio Associates degree in business, marketing, or related field; bachelors degree is preferred; work experience considered  Self-starter, ambitious and eager to learn Proficient with Microsoft Office/Outlook Phenomenal communication skills Experience with Hubspot or other CRM software or ability to learn quickly
