Since 2004, the RealClean brand has continuously raised the bar for our clients, helping their aircraft to soar with unmatched brilliance and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Respond to incoming leads and schedule in-person appointmentsAssess aircraft, develop quotes, and present pricing to clientsSchedule services and coordinate detailing teams efficientlyManage and update customer information and job recordsInvoice clients and follow up on outstanding paymentsAddress and resolve customer service concernsMaintain high safety standards and ensure team complianceConduct inventory checks and manage supply ordersOversee towel-cleaning procedures and supply rotationReport regularly to the business owner on operational performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors (FBOs, MROs, etc.)Participate in local advertising and brand awareness efforts (e.g., networking events, distributing marketing materials)Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage crew membersSupervise multiple detailing crews (typically 2-4 people per team)Ensure compliance with FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program requirementsWhat We're Looking For:Hard-working and dependable with a strong work ethicAble to work independently and stay on top of daily responsibilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable in high-pressure environments and able to make quick decisionsStrong social awareness and emotional intelligenceAdaptable and able to pivot quickly as needs and priorities changeExperience in team leadership, operations, or service-based industries preferredPrior experience in aviation or detailing is a plus, but not requiredApply Today:If you're ready to take the lead in a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.
