LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to sit in our clients office in Jacksonville, Florida. Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000 Work Arrangement: HybridMonday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMMinimum 3 days in-office per week2 remote days weekly after successful onboardingFlexibility to work overtime as neededKey Responsibilities:Draft standard court filings including Notices of Appearance, Pro Hac Vice Motions, Subpoenas, Stipulations, and other legal documentsPrepare legal materials such as discovery responses and affidavits for attorney reviewCoordinate with record vendors to obtain medical and educational recordsAssemble exhibits and demonstrative evidence for hearings and trialsConduct legal research using Lexis/Westlaw and public databasesOrganize and analyze medical and educational records for motion practiceAssist attorneys with witness preparation for depositions and trialsReview documents for relevance and privilege in preparation for disclosureAnalyze reports, records, and discovery responsesAccurately record billable time in accordance with firm policiesQualifications:Minimum 4 years of relevant litigation paralegal experienceStrong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and work with several attorneysExperience handling large, document-intensive casesProficiency in Lexis/Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, and KOFAX ProfessionalBachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
