Contracts Manager

Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.This role involves managing proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, ensuring compliance, and collaborating across business, operations, and engineering teams.Responsibilities:Review, redline, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and legal documentsAdminister contracts through full lifecycle of technical projectsPrepare proposals and manage scope, schedule, and change controlEnsure compliance with FAR, ITAR, EAR, and other regulationsSupport risk mitigation and issue resolutionDevelop and implement contract policies and processesQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Law, Legal Studies, Business, or Engineering3+ years in aerospace/defense contract administrationStrong knowledge of government contracts, export regulations, and negotiation strategyExperience with technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration
