Foundry SupervisorThis position reports to the Plant Manager and will work closely with other supervisors, quality, engineering, and maintenance to plan & facilitate continued, smooth, and safe operation of the foundry production operations.Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure that employees are working in a safe responsible manner and following process instructionsVerify that daily schedules and job tickets are presentMonitor inventory levelsAssist molders and core makers as neededEnsure all cores are ready for moldingVerify the quality of the moldsEnsure that daily production is completedReport pattern and quality problems to the appropriate departmentsEnsure that weekly cleaning up and preparation are completedQUALIFICATIONSHigh School, GED or equivalent education5+ year's foundry experience requiredPrevious experience within a Supervisory or Lead role
