This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, self-reliant environment and takes pride in keeping equipment and vehicles in top condition.Key Responsibilities:• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on a wide range of ranch equipment, including:• Trucks, trailers, ATVs, tractors, generators, pumps, and small engines• Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs efficiently and safely• Track maintenance schedules, order parts, and maintain accurate records• Support field operations with mobile repairs when needed• Ensure equipment is safe, operational, and well-maintained • Assist with occasional ranch utility projects (e.g., water systems, fencing, infrastructure repairs)Must be comfortable staying overnight onsite the facility since it is in a remote area in NV (meals and housing provided)
