Maintenance SupervisorWe're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled crew of leads and mechanics across all shifts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in machinery maintenance and team leadership.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & OversightSupervise leads and maintenance technicians across multiple shiftsCoordinate daily tasks and approve weekly timekeepingEnsure compliance with SOPs for preventative maintenanceReport directly to the Maintenance ManagerDaily OperationsPrepare production lines for optimal daily performanceOversee and assist with equipment changeovers and setupsConduct inspections, emergency repairs, and routine adjustmentsMaintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready maintenance shopTechnical ExpertiseTroubleshoot and repair machinery including fillers, conveyors, motors, pumps, and blending systemsWork with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systemsUse diagnostic tools such as voltmeters to identify equipment issuesRead and interpret manuals, schematics, and construction drawingsAnalyze downtime reports to prevent future breakdownsPreventative MaintenanceSchedule and perform disassembly, cleaning, calibration, and reassemblyComplete work orders and log corrective maintenance accuratelyMaintain inventory of replacement parts and technical documentationSafety & QualityEnsure product protection from contamination during maintenancePromote safety standards and quality control across all tasksVendor & Resource ManagementMaintain and grow positive relationships with vendorsExpand vendor network to support operational needsSkills & KnowledgeBroad understanding of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic, and combustion systemsStrong coordination and communication skillsAbility to identify innovative solutions to recurring problemsEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act • Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance • Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers • San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
