Job DescriptionThe Program Operations Associate supports a corporate-sponsored Technical Education Program (TEP) that delivers high-impact technical learning to employees through partnerships with top universities. As part of the Learning & Development "Engineering Training and Support" team, this role ensures smooth execution of academic programming, student engagement, university coordination, and operational logistics across multiple program cycles.This role is responsible for managing course schedules, registration, advising, surveys, capstone projects, and reporting"”all with the goal of supporting learner success and driving measurable business value. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and is committed to enabling employees to grow through flexible, distance-learning opportunities aligned with strategic goals.Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.Key ResponsibilitiesCourse Planning & RegistrationMaintain and update the Master Course Schedule (MCS), including 2-5 year projectionsBuild and revise Course Catalogs and Registration FormsUpdate registration dates and student eligibility recordsConduct enrollment checks and ensure data accuracySupport student registrationAssist with development and launch of new certificate and degree programsCoordinate course offerings via a Request for Proposal (RFP) process (4x/year)Administer and document academic policies and proceduresSupport executive and university partnership reviewsLearner Experience, Engagement & AdvisingProvide daily support via email, Teams, Slack, and internal engagement platformsAdvise students on admissions, registration, leave of absence, plan of study, and graduationRespond to inquiries about program selection and university requirementsGuide learners through academic pathways and program milestonesFoster learner success through timely, personalized communicationLog/track student inquiries and compile service statisticsSupport nomination & selection processes for funded or special-purpose organizationsAssist with curriculum development initiativesMonitor shared mailboxes and distribute communications appropriatelyData & ReportingAssist in reporting on program metrics and operational performanceContribute to curriculum reviews and quality assurance processesProvide data and documentation for internal reports and presentationsSupport sustainability or corporate responsibility reporting as relevant to the education programFinance Coordination & BillingReconcile registration data with university billing requirementsPrepare and share registration-related expense forecasts with finance teamsAssist in resolving billing issues and ensuring accurate documentationMonitor and report on operational and financial metricsGraduation & Recognition EventsCoordinate logistics, communications, and media for in-person graduation or recognition eventsCompile graduate data and collaborate with recognition teamsSupport event feasibility studies and cost estimationsStudent Records & ApprovalsProcess student approvals and maintain active student listsManage certificate and non-degree program approvalsReconcile registration lists and maintain vital records and documentationMarketing & CommunicationsDevelop strategies to increase program visibilityHost informational sessions and produce promotional contentMaintain and update program website, collaborative intranet/SharePoint, and communication channelsAlumni EngagementMaintain alumni database and facilitate network activitiesConduct alumni feedback surveys (2-3 years post-graduation)Track engagement metrics and support alumni communicationsTools & SystemsDesign and maintain dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) for program trackingCreate/manage web forms, reports, and site contentKeep operational calendars and document university deadlinesSupport system change management and deployment of new toolsCandidate RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 8 years in program operations, student services or academic program administrationTechnical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft suite tools"”especially SharePoint, PowerBI, Microsoft FormsOther Preferred Skills:Customer/student support or academic advising experienceExcellent organizational and communication skills; friendly, approachable demeanCompetence in handling detailed operational tasks and data-driven reporting.Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
