This newly established role will oversee the inventory, usage, and operational alignment of all facilities across all business units worldwide. The focus is on centralizing visibility, improving consistency, and connecting stakeholders"”not negotiating contracts or managing construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive global inventory of all real property (leased and owned), including details such as location, size, usage, condition, capacity, costs, and occupancyEnsure real estate/facility data is accurate, integrated, and actionable for business planning, optimization, and budgetingServe as the central point of contact across business units for all facility"‘ and real estate"‘related matters; facilitate collaboration and alignment of goals, standards, and policiesMonitor and analyze space utilization, identify under"‘ or over"‘utilized assets, and recommend opportunities for optimization, consolidation, or expansionEstablish and enforce global standards or guidelines for facility operations, health & safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirementsForecast future real estate needs in accordance with the company's growth strategy; support planning for moves, scaling, or divestmentsLead or coordinate a team (or regional leads) managing data, facilities operations, occupancy planning, maintenance oversight, and related servicesDevelop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for facilities and real estate; share insights with senior leadershipSupport risk assessment and continuity planning related to real estate (e.g., disaster preparedness, legal/regulatory risk, environmental risks)What This Role Does Not IncludeDirect negotiation of real estate or lease contractsDirect construction management, large"‘scale build"‘outs, or renovation project executionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
